For over 18 years, I've been helping women reconnect with their bodies through the power of lymphatic drainage, sculpting, and holistic wellness. What began as a passion for helping people heal has evolved into a mission: empowering women to feel lighter, healthier, more confident, and more at home in their own skin.

Throughout my career, I've worked with thousands of women from all walks of life—busy professionals, mothers, women navigating hormonal changes, post-surgery recovery clients, and those simply wanting to look and feel their best.

Lymph Angel was created to bring together everything I believe in—flow, health, vitality, and self-care. Through my treatments, wellness products, detox teas, tools, education, and rituals, my goal is to help women create lasting transformation from the inside out.

Why I Created Lymph Angel

I created Lymph Angel because I wanted to take the benefits of my treatment room beyond the massage table.

Not every woman can book regular treatments, but every woman deserves simple tools and rituals that help her feel more connected to her body.

Lymph Angel was created to make lymphatic wellness easier to understand and easier to bring into your day. These are the same simple principles I encourage my clients to follow—because lasting results rarely come from one treatment or one perfect day. They come from the small things we do consistently.

What I Believe

I believe wellness shouldn’t feel punishing, complicated or driven by pressure to “fix” yourself.

It should feel supportive.

I believe in working with the body, not against it. In gentle care over aggressive quick fixes. In daily movement, hydration, nourishing food and realistic rituals that help you feel lighter, stronger and more confident.

Most importantly, I believe women deserve to feel good in their bodies at every age and through every season of life.
